Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a fast-moving social content engine that connects with audiences and strengthens brand awareness.

• Create original social franchises, formats, and cultural moments that represent Instacart’s creative vision.

• Develop reactive content quickly while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and cultural relevance.

• Collaborate with freelance creators, production partners, and agencies to expand content production capabilities.

• Create, edit, and publish social content across relevant platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience creating platform-native social content.

• Hands-on editing skills using CapCut and native social media platform tools.

• Ability to manage content creation from concept to publishing independently.

• Ability to create high-quality reactive content within short timelines.

• Strong creative judgment with the ability to determine appropriate visual styles, including lo-fi, editorial, or designed content.

• Deep understanding of pop culture, food culture, and social media trends.
