Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smart Home Technician to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart home technologies, including CCTV systems, video intercoms, access control systems, and smart home automation devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV surveillance systems in residential and commercial properties
- Set up and maintain video intercoms and access control systems
- Install and integrate smart home solutions such as smart lighting, thermostats, curtains, sensors, switches, and voice-controlled systems
- Conduct site inspections, assess technical requirements, and provide installation solutions
- Troubleshoot system faults and perform routine maintenance
- Ensure all installations meet local safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide on-site training and technical support to clients
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in smart home technology and low voltage systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring layouts, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to travel within the UAE for project sites
- UAE experience or driving license is a plus
