Designation – Site Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily operations at our technical services and interior project sites. This role involves coordinating site teams, maintaining high-quality standards, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction, interiors, or technical services projects in the UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, including manpower, subcontractors, and material usage.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Serve as the main point of contact between project management and site staff.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the Project Manager.
• Arrange inspections and ensure compliance with consultant and authority requirements.
• Manage site resources efficiently to minimize material and time wastage.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical matters to management promptly.
• Coordinate logistics, including the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Drive company vehicles for site inspections, material collection, and staff movement as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, interiors, or technical services within the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – Manual preferred).
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices, authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in preparing site reports and using MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Flexibility to manage multiple sites across the UAE.
