A company in Dubai is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor – Transport to oversee and manage daily transport operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in general transport supervision who can efficiently lead drivers and ensure smooth site activities. The position requires strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day general transport operations on-site
• Ensure vehicles are dispatched on time and trips are completed efficiently
• Monitor driver attendance, behavior, and overall performance
• Maintain discipline, safety standards, and operational efficiency across all transport activities
• Coordinate closely with management to ensure seamless workflow and operations
