We’re Hiring – Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Interior Fit-Out sector. This role is essential for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all site activities to guarantee timely completion of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain workflow.
- Monitor project quality, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Report project progress and proactively resolve any on-site challenges or issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership skills with proven site management capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure proper implementation on site.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preference given to candidates currently based in the UAE.
