Paragon is seeking a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role is exclusively for candidates currently based in the UAE with proven experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on UAE experience supervising construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong expertise in site coordination, manpower management, and day-to-day project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control measures.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Must currently be residing in Dubai; applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.
