We’re Hiring – Site Supervisor (UAE Experience Only)
Paragon is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Dubai team. This role is strictly for candidates already based in the UAE and who have hands-on experience managing construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage crews, and ensure works are completed to specification, on time, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep progress on schedule.
- Monitor workmanship and quality control, carrying out inspections and reporting issues promptly.
- Manage manpower allocation, task assignments, and on-site productivity.
- Enforce safety standards and site rules to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare progress updates, site reports, and documentation for project management.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve on-site issues quickly.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ proven UAE experience in supervising construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong skills in site coordination, manpower management, and day-to-day execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Must be currently located in Dubai — applicants outside the UAE will not be considered.
- Available for immediate joining.
