Description:

A construction company in Dubai is seeking a proactive and organized Site Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at its construction site office. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, possess excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist with office administration, document management, coordination with contractors and suppliers, and provide administrative support to the project team. Candidates with strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are encouraged to apply, while Chinese language skills will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily office administration and maintain project documentation.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents using Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Support visa applications, employee onboarding, and administrative processes when required.

• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

• Assist the project team with daily coordination, follow-up activities, and other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Well-organized, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
