Description:
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai is seeking a qualified Site Nurse to join its construction project team in the UAE. This position is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about occupational health and safety and can provide immediate medical assistance in a construction site environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first aid, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and supporting workplace health and safety initiatives. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to construction site personnel.
• Monitor employees’ health, wellbeing, and fitness for work.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Support workplace health awareness and preventive care initiatives.
• Coordinate with local clinics and hospitals whenever medical assistance is required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and medical procedures.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment across the project.
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a valid DHA or MOH License, or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Previous construction or industrial site experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health.
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain medical records and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
