About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer with hands-on precast experience to join our construction team in Ajman. The successful candidate will take charge of on-site precast activities, ensure installation accuracy, and coordinate with teams to keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.
✅ Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the precast industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of precast installation techniques, lifting plans, and connection details.
• Ability to read and interpret precast shop drawings and translate them into accurate site execution.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and lifting/erection operations.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred (advantage).
• Good communication skills and clear reporting ability.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and erection of precast elements, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
- Verify compliance with technical drawings and quality control standards.
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors, logistics teams, and site staff to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and handover records.
- Enforce health & safety measures, particularly during lifting and erection activities.
