We’re Hiring – Site Engineer (Dubai, UAE)
Najma Alsama Technical Services LLC is seeking a competent Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure project progress aligns with schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Review drawings, conduct inspections, and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain quality control and ensure all project specifications are met
• Prepare progress reports and liaise with clients and consultants
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of site supervision experience, preferably in renovation or fit-out projects
• Membership with the Society of Engineers – UAE
• Familiarity with DDA (Dubai Development Authority) approval procedures
• Experience with Dubai Trakhees approval processes
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
