A leading construction company in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Site Engineer who can join the team immediately. This role is ideal for civil engineering professionals who have hands-on experience managing infrastructure and bridge construction projects and are capable of overseeing site activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations and ensuring that construction work is executed according to approved design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge of bridge construction elements such as foundations, piers, abutments, girders, and deck slabs.
The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, surveyors, and other technical teams to ensure that work progresses efficiently and meets project requirements. Maintaining effective coordination between different departments and contractors will be an important part of the role to ensure smooth project execution.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring work progress on-site, preparing regular daily and weekly site reports, and addressing technical issues that may arise during construction. The role also requires careful inspection of materials and work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Maintaining a safe work environment is another key responsibility. The Site Engineer must ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations are strictly followed and that all safety procedures are implemented on-site.
Key Responsibilities
