A construction-focused organization in Al Ain is urgently looking to hire a Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities at the project site. This role requires hands-on experience in construction accounting, strong financial tracking skills, and close coordination with the head office team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate site-level accounting records and monitor daily expenses
• Track material costs, labor expenses, and petty cash transactions
• Prepare regular site financial reports and coordinate submissions with Head Office
• Handle subcontractor billing processes and assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of UAE experience working as a Site Accountant
• Mandatory experience on construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and reporting
Preferred:
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Valid UAE driving license
