Description:
Rox Automobiles UAE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead one of its premium automotive showroom operations in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with a proven ability to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead high-performing teams in a premium retail environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily showroom operations, motivate the sales team, manage VIP customer relationships, and ensure the highest standards of brand representation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing premium automotive business while maintaining operational excellence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the premium automotive showroom.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of showroom targets and business objectives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while building long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the showroom sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor sales reports, showroom KPIs, and lead conversion metrics to improve overall results.
• Ensure showroom presentation, operational standards, and brand image are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in showroom management, automotive sales management, luxury retail, or dealership operations.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Professional appearance with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
