We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Operation Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a background in shipping or logistics who are comfortable handling end-to-end coordination with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently within a fast-paced shipping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with shipping lines for bookings, load lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and delivery orders
- Liaise with customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods and arrange transportation as required
- Prepare and raise customer invoices accurately
- Follow up on Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure timely collections
- Maintain proper shipping and operational records in line with company procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Strong command of advanced Excel functions
- Prior experience in shipping or logistics operations is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
