WE’RE HIRING — SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Green Apple Shipping LLC is expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join the logistics team. This full-time role requires hands-on coordination of air, sea, and road shipments and close collaboration with carriers, freight forwarders and customs to ensure smooth, compliant deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air, ocean and road shipments (FCL / LCL) end-to-end and ensure timely movement of goods.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to resolve issues and clear consignments.
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination, providing status updates and exception reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international shipping regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with operational follow-ups including release, delivery instructions and coordination with warehouses or consignees.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and import/export documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics or TMS software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or related field is preferred.
