Description:
AHEAD is seeking a highly organized and proactive Services Operations Specialist to support its sales and service operations. The position involves working closely with Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure client-facing deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
The successful candidate will manage documentation, pricing updates, opportunity-related requests, and approval processes while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, edit, and distribute client-facing proposals, Statements of Work, and other scope documentation.
• Manage multiple internal and client deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Update Salesforce records, adjust pricing and hours, and manage operational requests.
• Evaluate risks associated with business opportunities and determine appropriate approval or mitigation requirements.
• Communicate important information, escalations, and exceptions to internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate versions of client-facing documents, including scope and pricing information.
• Identify issues early in the approval process and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Drive tasks toward timely completion while maintaining strong collaboration across departments.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Salesforce experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple types of assignments.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills when working with internal teams.
• Ability to manage and switch effectively between multiple projects.
• Eagerness to learn new concepts, tools, and skills.
