Description:

Inserso Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations for large-scale user environments. The role involves hands-on technical development, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of ITSM applications within a mission-critical system used by a 10,000+ user base.

The position requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, system integrations, and ITSM processes. The developer will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions based on user and business requirements

• Develop and maintain ITSM applications including workflows, roles, groups, and configurations

• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and Data Dictionary

• Manage integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MID Server

• Work with external APIs for ServiceNow integration and automation

• Maintain and update CMDB, including Configuration Items via ServiceNow Discovery

• Support Service Catalog, Service Portal, UI Pages, and user access management

• Perform ongoing ServiceNow system maintenance and operations

• Develop technical documentation and provide system demonstrations

• Ensure balance between system security, functionality, and scalability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support enterprise ITSM operations

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

• 6 years of IT support or related experience

• 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow or ITSM platform experience

• 1 year experience in scripting (JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

• Strong understanding of ITSM processes

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass DHS Employment Eligibility Verification

Preferred Skills:

• Agile methodology experience (sprints, stories, epics)

• ITIL v4 certification

• ServiceNow Developer certification

• Experience with SaaS and cloud technologies

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, jQuery, AngularJS

• Experience with CMDB, ITOM Visibility, ITOM Health, Service Mapping

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL, and web development tools

• Experience with vulnerability response and asset management systems
