Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in hashtag#ITSupport, ideally within a fast-paced 24×7 environment.

Solid understanding of:

  • Remote support tools and ITSM ticketing platforms (like ServiceNow, Symphony)
