We are seeking a talented Freelance Service Designer for a 2-month engagement in Dubai, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our internal team and clients to design services that are cohesive, scalable, and centered around the user, spanning both digital and physical touchpoints.
What you’ll do:
- Map as-is journeys to identify current service processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed service blueprints connecting front-stage and back-stage processes, aligning people, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product designers, and stakeholders to co-create future-state journeys addressing real business and user challenges.
- Translate business objectives into service models, frameworks, and playbooks that guide delivery.
- Spot opportunities for efficiency and innovation across customer experiences, employee workflows, and supporting systems.
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions, ensuring diverse perspectives are included.
- Support the development of KPIs and measurement frameworks to track service impact.
