Description:
A well-established organization under Gorica Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join its operations team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will support workshop and service operations by coordinating tasks, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technical teams.
This role is suited for individuals with a strong technical background in mechanical or automobile engineering who are capable of handling service-related workflows efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer support and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service operations within the workshop and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
• Manage customer service requests and ensure timely scheduling and execution of jobs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, workshop teams, and customers to ensure service requirements are met.
• Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and operational documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and assist in resolving service-related issues.
• Ensure proper coordination of parts, tools, and service requirements for ongoing jobs.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide clear service information.
• Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency and operational productivity within the workshop.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and procedures.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, workshop operations, or customer service roles.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
• Good IT skills and ability to work with service management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage service workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
