Red Fox Auto Care is growing its presence in Ras Al Khaimah and is seeking skilled professionals to become part of its expanding automotive service team. We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can deliver excellent customer service while supporting workshop operations.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Proven hands-on experience working in a multi-brand car garage or authorized dealership environment
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar service advisory role
- Prior GCC or UAE automotive industry experience will be considered an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical teams
- Arabic language skills are a plus and will support customer interaction
- Strong focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and professional conduct
