Oia Properties is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead the organic growth strategy for luxury property markets in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role focuses on maximizing visibility and generating leads for high-value real estate listings through comprehensive SEO tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to outperform competitors in the UAE luxury real estate market.
- Optimize property listings and project landing pages for high-intent keywords aimed at international buyers and investors.
- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, focusing on site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Manage Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO strategies to enhance location-based property search visibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience in the UAE, with at least 1 year specifically in Real Estate.
