Description:
A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Professional for a 6-month on-site contract role with the possibility of extension. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced designer who is passionate about building intuitive, user-centered digital experiences in a collaborative and international environment.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup, contributing to end-to-end product design, user research, and usability improvements. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, communicative, and comfortable working within a multicultural and Arabic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and behavior.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Perform usability testing and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with Agile development and product teams.
• Apply human-centered design principles across all digital products.
• Ensure adherence to usability heuristics and design standards.
• Support continuous improvement of user experience across platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience (or 5+ years with age 26+).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and Arabic business environment.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Open to relocation to Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Wireframing, prototyping, and design tools.
