Hiring: Senior TIBCO Developer (Work From Home)
We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Developer to join a dynamic team working on mission-critical integration solutions for the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy and support TIBCO-based applications and integrations, with hands-on experience in both legacy and cloud-native/containerized environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect, develop and maintain integration flows using TIBCO BW 5.x and BWCE.
• Implement messaging and integration solutions using EMS, RV and TIBCO Adapters (File, ADB, MQ, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, REST/JSON).
• Containerize and deploy TIBCO components using Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot runtime issues, monitor performance, and provide production support.
• Work closely with stakeholders in the telecom domain to translate requirements into robust integration solutions.

Key skills & technologies:

• Strong experience with TIBCO BW 5.x and BWCE.
• Familiarity with EMS, RV and common adapters (MQ, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, REST/JSON, File, ADB).
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Comfortable with Java-based extensions and integrations; ELK stack knowledge is a plus.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and working in DevOps-oriented environments.
• Prior exposure to telecom projects or related domains is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with TIBCO integration platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to collaborate across distributed teams.
