Description:
Datailer Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for IT professionals with strong hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support across modern cloud and virtualization environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions while working closely with customers across the UAE. The position requires excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to travel to client locations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions for customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, virtualization, and system-related issues.
• Manage VMware Cloud Foundation, Dell VxRail, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Exchange platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable technical support and successful project implementations.
• Travel to customer sites across the UAE to provide implementation and support services when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure implementation and technical support.
• Strong hands-on implementation and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout the UAE.
• Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Dell VxRail, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, and Exchange
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Citrix, Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, Enterprise Servers, and Storage
