What You’ll Do:

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to develop new features and maintain our platform.
• Lead the design and development of robust systems that enable personalized, data-driven clinical care.
• Develop and enhance AI-powered tools to make clinicians more efficient and effective.
• Improve the mobile experience to ensure parents and families feel connected throughout their healthcare journey.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with product and clinical leadership to shape the technical roadmap and tackle high-impact problems.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned, product-oriented engineer who thrives in ambiguity and identifies impactful opportunities.
• Experienced in shipping scalable software systems with 5+ years of hands-on development.
• Proficient in system design, relational databases, and languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, Go, etc.
• Experienced with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Passionate about leveraging AI and agentic tooling to accelerate delivery and enhance engineering impact.
• Skilled in delivering elegant and maintainable solutions for complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML, natural language processing, or agent-based system development.
