We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack who is motivated, collaborative, and passionate about building high-quality software. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, drive technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers within a close-knit engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-quality software components for core products
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Customer Support to ensure smooth product delivery
- Make impactful decisions regarding product architecture, code structure, and engineering processes
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical discussions, and help drive strategic technical decisions
- Serve as a leading voice of engineering within the audio pod team
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of backend development experience (Golang or similar)
- 2+ years of frontend development experience (Vue, React, or similar)
- Experience deploying large-scale applications using CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise designing and building RESTful APIs
- Ability to work directly with design/product teams to implement requirements
- Experience with large datastores, caching systems, and high-traffic, high-availability systems
- Cloud deployment experience (GCP, AWS, or similar)
- Mobile software development experience (Native, React Native, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and initiative to proactively solve problems
