- Node.js, TypeScript
- Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, MySQL
- WebRTC, RabbitMQ/Kafka
- AWS, Microservices, Sockets Scaling
- React.js, XMPP
- S3, FCM & APNS, HMS
- CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Testing tools: Jest, Mocha, Chai
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in software engineering with backend focus
- Strong command of scalable backend systems
- Collaborative, communicative, and agile mindset
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and scale complex backend services
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
- Mentor junior engineers
- Innovate and improve system performance and reliability
