We are currently partnering with a leading water solutions provider to support their strategic expansion across the region. As part of this growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales for their water and wastewater treatment systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in water treatment and a proven track record in driving sales growth, client engagement, and market development within the water or environmental services sector.
Position Overview
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships in the water and wastewater sector.
- The role requires a strong understanding of treatment technologies, solution-based selling, and the ability to communicate complex technical offerings clearly. You will also be expected to collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between client needs and technical delivery.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the water/wastewater industry
- Strong knowledge of treatment systems, processes, and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- Demonstrated sales success with client references
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
