Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our hotel’s sales initiatives. This role demands a well-connected professional with a deep understanding of the UAE hospitality market, especially in the boutique segment.

The ideal candidate will have an established network with tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients, and demonstrate strong B2B sales capabilities. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and can drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive hotel room and package sales through existing and new B2B channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, DMCs, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Assist in pricing strategy, promotions, and market positioning

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE hospitality industry (preferably boutique/lifestyle hotels)
  • Strong network within tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, and other B2B channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of UAE market trends and guest preferences
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PMS/CRM systems is a plus
