Job Overview:
We are recruiting a proactive Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC) to lead pre-sales efforts and strengthen relationships with consultant teams across Dubai. This role is ideal for a senior professional with an established consultant network (Arab network) and deep knowledge of HVAC solutions who can drive specification, access, and sales for major HVAC product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Dubai-based consultants to increase spec-ins and project opportunities.
- Identify new projects and lead pre-sales activities, from initial engagement through specification and handover.
- Drive access, specification, award and sales growth for LG HVAC product ranges including VRF, Chiller, and DX solutions.
- Provide technical consultancy, solution recommendations and product presentations to consultants, subsidiaries and project stakeholders.
- Prepare persuasive technical submissions, clarifications and commercial inputs required during tendering/specification stages.
- Track project pipelines, update stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to project implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in consultant sales and spec-in activities within the UAE market.
- Established, active network with consultants in Dubai (Arab network preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems; familiarity with VRF / SCAC / chiller / DX systems desirable.
- Excellent presentation, reporting and MS Office skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings with consultants.
