The establishment is known for its refined ambiance and premium casual dining experience, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from a high-end café or upscale casual dining environment and demonstrate strong operational knowledge combined with excellent leadership skills. This role requires someone who can confidently manage floor operations while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
