We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead high-impact U.S. searches, combining recruiting expertise with Clera’s AI-powered workflow. This role offers end-to-end ownership of recruitment cycles, advising hiring managers, and using both data and judgment to drive exceptional hiring outcomes. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, makes autonomous decisions, and is comfortable providing strategic guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera’s AI platform.
- Evaluate AI-generated candidate matches and select the most qualified talent.
- Interview and assess candidates, presenting concise, high-signal shortlists to clients.
- Partner with clients during calls, clarify role requirements, and provide strategic hiring advice.
- Challenge unclear or unrealistic expectations while guiding hiring managers.
- Own candidate pipelines end-to-end, ensuring smooth and efficient process flow.
- Provide structured feedback to engineering teams to improve matching algorithms and workflows.
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and process documentation.
- Prioritize multiple searches and deliver successful hires with minimal oversight.
Requirements:
- 3+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or roles.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or high-velocity agencies.
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Comfortable using ATS, AI-driven workflows, and recruiting tools.
- Strong judgment in assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- High ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A).
- Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
- Experience improving recruiting processes, tools, or products.
- Success managing multiple concurrent searches and high-volume pipelines.

- Schedule: Flexible, 40–50 hours/week aligned with PST
