Join Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help connect top technical and professional talent with mission-critical roles. In this role you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute targeted recruiting strategies, source and engage highly skilled candidates across the U.S., and guide selection and offer processes to secure the best hires for our programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR partners to build tailored recruiting plans for open roles.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates using creative sourcing, networking, and event strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate experience.
- Advise hiring teams on selection decisions and help drive timely hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Represent Lockheed Martin’s employer value proposition and discuss career development, benefits, and culture with candidates.
