Description:
Riparian LLC is seeking a Senior Rebate Analyst (Commercial Rebate Specialist II) to join our collaborative team, delivering accurate and compliant rebate insights for pharmaceutical clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain knowledge of government programs, commercial contracting, and rebate adjudication
- Research, interpret, and apply guidance from regulatory agencies, staying current on industry trends
- Support pharmaceutical manufacturers by building strong relationships and delivering responsive service
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, third-party processors, commercial plans, PBMs, and legal partners
- Analyze data to detect anomalies, assess reasonableness, and ensure accurate pricing and rebate calculations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly rebate and pricing deliverables in compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Review contracts, formulary positioning, and invoices to ensure accurate rebate application
- Perform reconciliations, including payments and data reconciliation to the general ledger
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal software for analysis and reporting
- Support process and system improvements to meet evolving business and regulatory needs
- Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with commercial contract administration, rebate and fee adjudication, Medicaid contracting, rebate processing, or government pricing calculations preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with large datasets and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, or data analytics/visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
