Position Summary
Del Oro Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a client’s Strategy & Planning team within the Partner Performance & Experience organization. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional programs — providing structure to initiatives, driving deliverables to completion, and ensuring business goals map to measurable outcomes.

Key Program Ownership

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement business-critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with communications and global marketing teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Lead KPI tracking and reporting with analysts to measure revenue impact, operational efficiency, and other success metrics.
• Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Optimize resources and teams to more effectively design, build, and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Clarify priorities by understanding key business drivers and organizational imperatives.
• Deliver structured execution frameworks that align with strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement using planning and documentation tools.
• Review project requirements and SOWs for completeness and alignment.
• Engage senior leaders to drive accountability and progress across projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project / Program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SCRUM Master, or Prince2).
• Change management certification such as Prosci.
