Description:
VistaPrint, a Cimpress company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Product Operations Specialist to join our Product Experience (PX) teams. This role is essential for enabling product teams to operate efficiently, consistently, and with clarity as we scale, allowing teams to focus on solving customer problems and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve operational visibility into product teams’ outcomes and progress by gathering structured updates across multiple teams and maintaining lightweight operational artifacts like Outcome-Based Roadmaps.
- Support and enhance operating rhythms and mechanisms, transforming information into a strategic force that aligns leadership and empowers teams globally.
- Ensure information is discoverable and reusable, reducing ad hoc requests and repeated follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teams such as Internal Communications to guarantee accurate and timely content delivery.
- Track operational health indicators, such as adoption, timeliness, and stakeholder feedback, translating insights into continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project management, communications, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, structured and clear.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, investigative and critical thinking skills to address root causes effectively.
- Passionate about innovation, growth mindset, and delivering continuous improvement and customer value.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Experience with Product Operating Models, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira), and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira) is a plus.
