We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to focus on Marketplace Ordering. This role owns the product strategy and execution for the ordering experience, using data and research to generate hypotheses and enhance the customer experience. You will own KPIs for your area, iteratively experimenting to improve outcomes and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and roadmap for your area of focus in Marketplace Ordering
- Use research and data to tell compelling stories and evangelize your roadmap
- Build deep empathy for ezCater users and advocate for their needs
- Lead product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and other Product Managers
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to ensure an exceptional marketplace experience
- Track and measure success using ongoing metrics
- Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews
- Collaborate with a passionate team while building impactful software
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing e-commerce products; marketplace experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to innovate for customers and develop creative solutions
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable manipulating data to generate insights and inform solutions
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, able to work across multiple functional areas
