Eumecon IT Systems is hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to drive sourcing strategy, vendor management, and procurement excellence across major technical and infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience (2+ years in a senior/supervisory role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPM) are a plus
• Strong understanding of procurement cycles, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Experience in technical, construction, or infrastructure procurement within the UAE

Responsibilities:

• Drive the full procurement lifecycle
• Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations
