Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our pipeline project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Civil, Mechanical, and E&I activities, with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, and project control.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in developing and managing project schedules across all levels (L1, L2, L3, L4).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, including weightage allocation and PMS preparation.
- Ability to create mitigation plans, look-ahead schedules, and constructability studies.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering professional presentations to management and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), KPI reporting, and performance tracking.
- Experienced in delay analysis, progress monitoring, and cost control.
- Competent in data analysis with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred; notice period is negotiable.
