We’re Hiring: Senior Oracle APEX Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE — ✈ Airline industry experience a plus

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX developer to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications tightly integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will produce responsive front-end experiences, write robust back-end PL/SQL, model scalable data structures, and lead integrations while keeping security and performance front of mind.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and implementation of responsive Oracle APEX (v21+) applications that solve real business problems.
• Develop clean, reusable PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, triggers) and optimize SQL for performance.
• Build sophisticated front-ends using APEX templates, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS while applying good UI/UX practices.
• Design relational data models to support scalable, high-throughput applications.
• Integrate APEX apps with EBS modules and REST APIs to enable end-to-end business workflows.
• Drive best practices for web application security and data protection.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.

Your toolkit / must-have skills

• 7+ years’ experience developing enterprise web applications with Oracle APEX (v21 or later).
• Deep expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with strong database design skills.
• Solid front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS, plus experience customizing APEX templates/themes.
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with EBS.
• Strong understanding of web security, data protection, and application performance tuning.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to the airline or aviation sector.
• Hands-on experience with EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Participation in ERP transformation or Oracle upgrade projects.
