Accuro Specialist Support Services is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager – Housekeeping to join its leadership team in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). This is a senior-level role designed for professionals who have a strong background in hospitality operations and the ability to lead large teams while maintaining high service standards.
In this position, the selected candidate will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that housekeeping services are delivered efficiently and consistently. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while enhancing operational processes that support guest satisfaction and overall service excellence.
The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for guiding operational strategies, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring that all housekeeping functions align with company standards and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
