Role: Senior Operations Executive — you will lead and coordinate end-to-end freight operations across air, sea, and road, ensuring shipments are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Overview: SHIPEX Global Logistics is seeking a seasoned operations professional to manage daily freight activities, optimise processes, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners to deliver efficient logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end freight operations across air, sea and road shipments.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery by monitoring schedules, documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers and ground handlers to resolve operational issues.
- Track operational KPIs and shipment status, and escalate exceptions as needed.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Requirements:
- UAE experience in the freight forwarding industry — this is mandatory.
- Proven track record in a similar senior operations role.
- Strong understanding of logistics documentation and customs procedures.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
