The Senior Media Analyst, Paid Social role is designed for an experienced paid media professional who can lead and optimize high-impact paid social campaigns while contributing to business growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and similar channels.
  • Take ownership of driving awareness, consideration, and measurable business outcomes, including ROAS and revenue-related metrics.
  • Manage a mix of in-house campaign execution and agency-supported initiatives.
  • Apply a unified measurement approach using tools and methodologies such as brand lift studies, MMM, and MTA to evaluate performance and overall impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities through continuous test-and-learn strategies across audiences, creatives, and platform partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals and strategies.
  • Build, track, and report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, lift, sessions, site actions, and revenue.
  • Use data and insights to develop clear recommendations and strategic improvements.
  • Leverage dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau and ThoughtSpot.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Data Science, Product Marketing, Development, and Growth Marketing teams to support initiatives with meaningful business impact.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with performance marketing exposure considered a strong advantage.
  • Recent hands-on experience managing Paid Social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong subject-matter expertise across social channels, including cross-channel strategy, brand creative execution, and media planning.
  • Solid understanding of multi-channel attribution models; Google Analytics experience preferred.
  • Experience working with analytics teams to enable MTA and MMM solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience handling technical aspects of media buying, including trafficking workflows, tagging, API integrations, and platform-specific nuances.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, high attention to detail, and excellent QA practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a strong collaborative approach.
