Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive our real estate marketing initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with digital campaigns, CRM-driven lead generation, SEO, and website management, and will play a central role in increasing brand visibility and delivering qualified leads for the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social and display channels.
- Manage the CRM to nurture leads, set up campaigns, and produce regular performance reports.
- Implement and continuously improve SEO strategy to boost organic visibility.
- Oversee website content, updates and technical SEO (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).
- Develop social media content strategies, create or coordinate content, and measure engagement.
- Collaborate with sales to convert marketing-qualified leads into pipeline opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage multiple projects and vendors while meeting deadlines.
Required skills & experience:
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in real estate marketing within the UAE market.
- Strong experience with digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Excellent communication, creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage several projects simultaneously.
