The company is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics Team, a centralized group responsible for driving data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, push notifications, paid advertising, and web marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies by partnering with stakeholders to understand business goals and analytical needs

• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

• Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness across multiple marketing channels including email, push, paid media, and web marketing

• Identify opportunities to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies

• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Support experimentation efforts including A/B testing and marketing performance analysis

• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations

• Continuously explore new data sources and analytical approaches to improve marketing performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, consulting, or related data-driven roles

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau

• Experience working with Python or similar analytical programming languages is preferred

• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and digital growth strategies

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret both detailed data and strategic insights

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
