MA & Partners L.L.C. is currently hiring a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition on behalf of a leading property organization in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, managing talent pipelines, and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier professionals in the real estate and property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to final selection and onboarding
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define workforce planning and talent needs
- Manage high-volume and specialized recruitment mandates while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Strengthen the employer brand through creative talent marketing and engagement strategies
- Analyze hiring data and trends to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and retention outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition functions in the UAE
- Strong expertise in the Real Estate or Property domain
- Strategic mindset with hands-on knowledge of recruitment systems and sourcing platforms
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Depth in employer branding, market mapping, and leadership hiring
