Description:
We are hiring a Senior Manager – Finance for a senior leadership role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for leading and managing finance operations across multiple countries, including India, Cambodia, and the UAE, while also overseeing Administration and HR functions from the Dubai headquarters.
This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional with strong international exposure, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country financial operations in a fast-paced global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations for India, Cambodia, and the UAE
- Ensure compliance with India GST, UAE VAT, Cambodia VAT, and AML regulations
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, and regulatory reporting
- Manage Administration and HR functions, including payroll, policies, and compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country financial operations
- Strong working knowledge of India GST, UAE VAT, Cambodia VAT, and AML compliance
- Experience in automobile, export, manufacturing, or trading industries preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional finance qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
