Description:
Enlyte is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance Analyst to join its remote team in the United States. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in IT governance, legal hold processes, and data retention management within complex enterprise environments.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance across organizational systems by managing legal holds, enforcing data retention policies, and supporting regulatory and audit requirements. The position requires strong collaboration with Legal, IT, and business teams to maintain data integrity and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage legal hold requests across enterprise systems
• Coordinate data preservation across email, endpoints, and storage platforms
• Track full legal hold lifecycle including placement, monitoring, and release
• Support data retention policy implementation and enforcement
• Manage retention configurations across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and system owners on compliance requirements
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance reports
• Assist in third-party application governance and compliance validation
• Evaluate vendor systems for retention and discovery capabilities
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements
• Support automation and optimization of compliance workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in IT compliance or information governance
• Strong understanding of legal hold and data retention processes
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise IT systems
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and backup systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
